Euclid Hospital has a Chronic Kidney Disease / Congestive Heart Failure Educational Support Group for patients, as well as their families, caregivers and other loved ones.  We meet monthly at Euclid Hospital. Every month there is a different speaker and time to meet with other people living with CKD and/or CHF as well as their families, caregivers and other loved ones.
