Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD)/Congestive Heart Failure (CHF) Educational Support Group                   This support group is for patients, families and caregivers. The group meets monthly at Euclid Hospital.  The meetings feature a speaker and give attendees the opportunity to meet others living with CKD and/or CHF.
