Euclid Hospital Cancer Services

The ambulatory oncology department at Euclid Hospital treats adult patients on an outpatient basis.


Primary services provided include:

  • chemotherapy administration
  • blood/blood product administration
  • infusions
  • injections
  • symptom management
  • education
  • bone marrow biopsy
  • management of implanted venous access devices
  • tumor registry
  • clinical studies

All cancer patients are assessed so that their physical, psychosocial and spiritual needs are addressed. The education of the patient and their family concerning their disease and treatment is an ongoing process.

 

Breast Cancer Support Group

"Woman to Woman" is a support group for women diagnosed with breast cancer, and for friends and relatives of women diagnosed with breast cancer. Support group meetings are held on the second Wednesday of each month, from 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. in the Health Center Conference Room at Euclid Hospital.

 

This informal group is designed to provide education, information, and support through lecture, discussion and network connections. Reservations are required.
